Cookies are small text files placed in your browser by websites you visit. They can store preferences, session data, and identifiers that allow services to recognise your browser across visits.

Under the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR, non-essential cookies (such as advertising cookies) require your explicit consent before being set. Pixelskits enforces this through the consent banner shown on your first visit.

This policy covers every cookie and browser-storage mechanism used on pixelskits.site, who sets it, its purpose, and how long it lasts.

Pixelskits uses Google AdSense to display advertising. This is the only revenue source that allows all 30 tools to remain free. Google AdSense is a third-party service operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

AdSense cookies are not loaded until you click "Accept All" on the consent banner. If you click "Reject All", no AdSense cookies are set and you will see non-personalised or no ads.

When AdSense is active, Google may collect your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and use cookies to serve you relevant advertisements. Google's own privacy policy governs this data collection. You can review it at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can also opt out of Google personalised advertising at any time via adssettings.google.com.

Pixelskits uses Playfair Display and Bricolage Grotesque from Google Fonts to render headings and body text. Google Fonts is a service by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited.

When fonts are loaded from Google's servers, Google may log your IP address as part of the request. This is a standard server-access log, not persistent tracking. Google states it does not store this data for advertising purposes when loaded via their Fonts API. More information: developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy.

Google Fonts are not loaded until you accept fonts in the consent banner. If you reject, the site falls back to system fonts (Inter, Segoe UI, or your OS default).

In addition to cookies, Pixelskits uses the browser's localStorage API to store two small preference objects on your device. This data never leaves your browser and is never transmitted to any server.

pk-consent-v3 — stores a JSON object containing your consent decisions (e.g. {"ads":true,"fonts":false,"ts":"2026-03-09T..."}). This is set the moment you interact with the consent banner.

pk-theme — stores either "dark" or "light" to remember your display preference across visits. Only written after consent is given.

You can delete both at any time via your browser's developer tools or site data settings. Clearing site data will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.

Browser-level controls: All modern browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via their settings. Note that blocking all cookies may affect the display of ads and fonts, but will not affect tool functionality as files are processed locally.

Google opt-out: You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com or via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.

Do Not Track: Pixelskits does not operate any analytics or tracking scripts. The DNT signal does not change the behaviour of AdSense, which is governed by Google's own policies.
