Agreement
By using Pixelskits you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ribon Patil (an individual operating from India), the operator of Pixelskits. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent banner on the site for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Pixelskits after the close of that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect your rights) take effect immediately.
Free to Use
No account, no subscription, no hidden paywalls. Every tool is and will remain free. The output of Pixelskits tools is yours — use it however you like for any lawful purpose.
No Warranty
Provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, produce accurate results, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Browser-based processing is subject to device limitations, browser compatibility, and available memory.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Pixelskits or its outputs. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the mandatory statutory rights of consumers in the EU (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) and the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Use at your own risk.
Your Content
Because all processing is local, we never receive your files. You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights in any content you process or create using Pixelskits. We claim no rights over your files or their outputs.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to process any files you use. Do not process files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights or constitute illegal content.
Acceptable Use
Smart Processing Tools
Auto-Enhance, Sharpen Filter, Denoise Filter, and Cinematic Grade use deterministic client-side algorithms — histogram normalisation, unsharp mask convolution, bilateral filtering, and tonal curve simulation. They are not machine learning models.
Remove Background (in-browser mode) is the sole tool using a genuine ML model — a pre-trained ONNX segmentation model running locally via WebAssembly. No image data is sent to any server in this mode. All processing occurs entirely in your browser. Results may vary based on device performance, memory, and browser version.
Third-Party Tools
The optional remove.bg API integration in the Remove Background tool sends your image to remove.bg's servers. You must supply your own remove.bg API key — we do not provide one, cannot access it, and never store it on our servers. Use of that feature is subject to remove.bg's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with remove.bg.
Pixelskits uses open-source libraries (jsPDF, PDF.js, Mammoth.js, JSZip, QRCode.js, @imgly/background-removal) served from Cloudflare CDN and jsDelivr. These are governed by their respective open-source licences (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD) as detailed in our Open Source Licenses section within the app.
Trademarks & Platform References
Pixelskits is an independent product by Ribon Patil — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform. Platform names are referenced solely to describe industry-standard canvas dimensions (e.g. YouTube thumbnail 1280×720px, Instagram post 1080×1080px). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
PDF Conversion Limitations
PDF-to-Word and Word-to-PDF tools work best with simple, text-based documents. Complex multi-column layouts, embedded images, tables, footnotes, special formatting, and non-standard fonts may not convert accurately.
Always review converted documents before use. Do not rely on these tools for legally significant documents, technical specifications, or formal submissions where formatting precision is critical.
Governing Law
Ribon Patil — Legal Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. However, if you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by contract. EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their EU country of residence (Regulation EU 1215/2012). UK consumers retain equivalent rights under UK law. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
