Pixelskits is a solo project — every email goes directly to the founder. There is no support team, no ticket system, and no automated bot. This means responses are thoughtful and personal, but it also means they follow a human schedule.

Bug reports — fastest priority

If something is broken, it gets addressed first. Include your browser, operating system, and what you were doing when the issue occurred to speed things up.

General enquiries — within 24–72 hours

Is Pixelskits really free? No hidden fees?
Yes, completely free. No subscription, no file count limit, no size cap, no watermark, no account required. The project is funded through Google AdSense advertising, which is optional and subject to consent.
Do my files get uploaded to a server?
No. Every tool in Pixelskits runs entirely inside your web browser using Canvas, FileReader, PDF.js, and WebAssembly APIs. Your files never leave your device. We literally cannot see them.
Can I request a new tool?
Yes — send an email to [email protected] with your idea. If the tool can run privately in a browser without a server, it is a strong candidate. Popular requests are prioritised.
A tool is not working. What should I do?
First try refreshing the page and using a different browser (Chrome or Firefox work best). If the issue persists, email [email protected] with: the tool name, your browser and version, your operating system, and a description of what went wrong.
Can I use Pixelskits for commercial projects?
Yes. Pixelskits tools are free for both personal and commercial use. There are no restrictions on what you create with them.
How do I make a GDPR data request?
Email [email protected] with your request. Because your files are never processed server-side, we hold minimal personal data — primarily consent preferences stored in your browser's localStorage. You can delete these yourself via your browser's site data settings. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
